Diana and Robin were perfect coordinators and I cannot recommend them enough. Throughout the year, Diana and I met, she is so professional and poise; she can make you feel like a silly question is not and like you are in great hands. Her and her team are very respectful, sincere, honest, and kind women. Robin worked with us the month of and met with me various times before the wedding to get every detail down. (Things you totally would not remember or think about )

They have an incredibly well-oiled machine and really had no questions for me the day of the wedding. To be honest, I hardly saw both of them on the wedding day because I was just enjoying the day! They were working to make sure all things were set up, with the vendors, and behind the scenes in a way that you would think they worked for Disney haha!

They worked with my restrictive venue, and some chaotic vendors that were not so professional... with so much grace and patience. Her vendor recommendations were 10/10; great work for a great price point. She had creative solutions and ideas, for our concerns like weather, layouts, placeards, etc. Both of them were very kind to our family and guests, as well as respectful. I already miss working and talking with them. These ladies are definitely the type of people you want to do a “group project” with!

Diana and Kendra made everything go so smoothly, and allowed us to relax on the day of our event - I was skeptical about whether or not we need help with coordination, but there is no question that their help was necessary and more than worth the cost.

We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without the help of Diana from At your Side. She helped us out soooo much by all the booking and contacting of the different vendors. She always responded quickly and was always so sweet and informative in everything we came to her for. Kendra helped us during the week of the wedding and was amazing as well! She helped coordinate everyone and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. Both were incredible and I can't thank them enough! 11/10 would recommend this planning service if you're thinking about getting a wedding planner. They will make your lives 100% easier!

I really enjoyed working with Diana and Kendra and the whole At Your Side Planning Team!

We chose the microwedding package and they were able to customize some items for us based on our preferences such as our own florals and some more chairs for extra guests. If you are planning to have a beach wedding, they were the perfect blend of month of coordination as well as planning and setup for the beach wedding.

They are very organized and were able to give us a timeline with deadlines that kept us on track during the planning process. They also had good tips from their experiences with other weddings when we had questions. The micro packages are definitely more for couples who are ok with doing more active planning themselves, they give you suggestions of local vendors but the couple has to reach out to obtaining pricing and discuss specific details. They also do full service planning but we opted to do more things ourselves as we had fewer details to plan and fewer guests. It is very helpful for the day of coordination that they will have multiple coordinators to set up the ceremony site and the reception site which is often 2 different locations.
