"I was blown away when I arrived to the ceremony location. It was like Diana had picked the images out of my brain and set up the ceremony site just how I had envisioned. Also, I have to mention that Diana is responsive and stayed in constant communication with me. I really appreciated her getting back to me quickly to answer all of my questions. Kendra, our officiant, called to speak with us about the flow of the ceremony and to make sure we were on the same page with how everything would go. "Diana and Kendra are amazing! Diana was helpful in the beginning stage helping us think of the design elements, she is a professional and an expert. Kendra is a blessing, so easy to work with! In the last few days before the wedding, she took so many things off my plate (laundering my bridesmaids robes, buying garnish for the bar). During the wedding she had a runner go out and get extra lash glue when I cried my falsies off. She was on point and soothing when I was in freakout mode. And to top it all off, my first wedding date was March 2020/delayed by COVID19, and they kept all the vendors in check and sticking with me to the final date. At Your Side Planning is 100% worth it."

Kendra was amazing! Planned a backyard wedding and she was knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and professional. She made the entire event run smoothly and she was fun to work with! Can’t thank her enough for making this such a special day! Would highly recommend!

I would rate At Your Side as a 10!! We hired At Your Side Wedding Planning to work with us on my daughter's wedding at Morgan Run in Rancho Santa Fe. I was leery about hiring a wedding planner as I felt that I had done all the needed work and did not want to spend money unnecessarily, but my daughter insisted. Her insistence was partially fueled by her degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management and partially by the fact that we were on our THIRD wedding event director at the venue. After doing some research we decided on At Your Side and on the month of planning package. Right from the start we were given undivided attention and good advice. They reviewed all our vendor contracts and caught time discrepancies that I would have missed. The day of the rehearsal was my first face-to-face meeting with Kendra (our coordinator) as I reside in Sacramento and the venue was in San Diego. She was polite and professional, much as I expected. We had experienced a small set back as just a week before the wedding we had to find a new officiant. We found a very nice one however, he had his own ideas of how the ceremony should be conducted which were in opposition to what the bride and groom wanted. Despite my polite nudging in the direction we wanted, he was not getting it. Kendra spoke with him at the rehearsal and was able to be firm and unwavering in what he could and could not say. Every step of the way, Kendra was able to be assertive and get things done in a professional way which allowed me to relax and enjoy the event. Anytime an issue got brought up from the venue not cleaning out the fire pit as instructed or the DJ not playing the song that was requested, Kendra was our go-to girl! She quietly took care of all the table decorations, the cards and gifts and was prepared to handle any unruly guests (though it was not needed). She and her assistant transported the place cards and table décor from hotel room to ballroom and back. They also took care of securing the cards/gifts. I cannot say enough positive things about the service that I received. It was worth EVERY SINGLE Penny!!

We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day, and we had Diana and Robin to thank for.

Diana helped us with all the month-of planning and vendor coordination during the last month, and Robin was our day-of coordinator, who did a wonderful job!

Diana was very responsive, efficient, professional and experienced. The last month before the wedding would have been way more stressful without her help. We had a lot of last-minute stuff, like adding rentals and hiring a videographer one week before the wedding, all of which well accommodated. We found our videographer through Diana too, which turned out to be a wonderful choice!

Robin was absolutely amazing on the day-of. She helped place all the favors and place cards, and made sure the reception tables and welcome board looked great. We had Chinese door games, tea ceremony, rehearsal walk-through, family photoshoot, wedding ceremony and reception all in 8 hours. She kept everything on schedule, reminding people of the next agenda. She made sure my husband and I had something to eat during the cocktail hour between photo shoots. She had my powder and lipstick handy and help me freshen up often throughout the reception and party to make sure I was always camera ready.

She helped me play a secret video to surprise my husband. She was so good that we pulled it off without causing any suspicion.:) I loved it when his jaw dropped when he saw the video messages from his friends who couldn't make it to the wedding.

She even took the initiative to decorate the cake cutting table for us without bothering to let me know how bad it looked. I found out only after seeing the photos from our photographer.

We had the on-site caterer prepare watermelon for us to cut instead of a cake (Because we love watermelon and don't like cake.) I understand they couldn't do anything more than literally stacking watermelon chunks up. I was already told beforehand that they couldn't do anything "fancy", but I guess when it came out, it looked a bit too "basic"... so Robin came to our table to "borrow" some greenery and succulents to make the cake table look a bit nicer. And it made a huge difference! (see pictures) I really really appreciate she did that.
