Micro wedding ceremony planning, coordination & management. This package includes everything in our “Always & Forever Plus” package as well as a planning calendar, design, reception/restaurant site referrals, final details meeting, rehearsal & FULL day coordination. Planning begins upon booking.

- Officiant & mailing of marriage certificate (as well as customized ceremony script)
- Wedding Coordinator
- Permit for Bayside location
- Initial call to determine planning and consulting upon booking
- Final details meeting or phone call during the month of
- One hour rehearsal (the morning prior)
- Preferred vendor list and unlimited referrals for reception site and vendors
- Meeting or call with Officiant to review script (during month of)
- Ceremony Music & Sound System & Sound Tech
- Floral: bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere and four small hanging floral chair arrangements
- Welcome Signage (Message on standing chalkboard)
- Day agenda created for the day of and full day management
- Confirmation of details with all those involved in wedding day
- Ceremony Items: 2 tables with linens, and up to 40 white folding chairs
- Access to the items in our decor inventory
- Customized Planning calendar

- Additional in person planning meetings are extra
Cost:$4,500.00 – includes Bay permit (option to add an arch & large lanterns)
*Can upgrade to Sunset Cliffs, Cuvier Park/Wedding Bowl (additional $175.00)
