San Diego Elopements & San Diego Ceremony Packages

Eloping means that rather than hosting a large, formal wedding couples have only a ceremony with a few guests. It doesn’t mean that they run away. It is actually an intimate way of saying “I do!” If you are considering a San Diego wedding ceremony, please message us. We have all inclusive ceremony only packages. We have four packages for San Diego elopements and San Diego wedding ceremonies and would love to assist you!

Just The Two Of Us

Ceremony planning, coordination and management. This includes one virtual pre-planning meeting when a package is secured, a Bayside permit, floral and the wedding coordinator. The organizing of the wedding day details begins one month prior. This is perfect for just a couple and their officiant!

  • Permit for Bayside location
  • Wedding Coordinator
  • Preferred vendor and restaurant list
  • Two phone calls or zooms prior to the ceremony to review details (one upon booking and another one month prior to the ceremony)
  • Floral: Bridal bouquet and groom boutonniere
  • Ceremony agenda
  • Confirmation of details with vendors
  • Ceremony management
  • Cuing all parties for the ceremony processional and recessional

Cost: $1,500.00 – includes Bay permit

At Last

Wedding ceremony planning, coordination and management. It includes a wedding officiant and chairs plus everything from “Just The Two of Us” package. This includes one virtual pre-planning meeting when a package is secured, a bayside permit, wedding coordinator, floral, and ten white wooden folding chairs. The organizing of the wedding day details begins one month prior. This package is for couples who have up to 10 guests.

  • Officiant & mailing of the marriage certificate (as well as customized ceremony script)
  • Wedding Coordinator
  • Permit for Bayside location
  • Preferred vendor and restaurant list
  • Two phone calls or zooms prior to the ceremony to review details (one upon booking and another one month prior to the ceremony)
  • Bridal bouquet and groom boutonniere
  • Ceremony agenda
  • Confirmation of details with vendors
  • Ceremony management
  • Cuing all parties for the ceremony processional and recessional
  • Up to 10 resin white folding chairs

Cost: $2,000.00 – includes Bay permit

Always & Forever

Wedding ceremony planning, coordination and management. This package includes everything in the “At Last” package as well as additional chairs, a table with linen, sound system, ceremony music and ceremony decor. This includes one virtual pre-planning meeting when a package is secured, Wedding day organization begins a month prior to the ceremony. It is perfect for couples having a San Diego elopement or San Diego Wedding Ceremony with up to 20 guests! Please see Additional Options below for ceremony arch with lanterns.

  • Permit for Bayside location

Always & Forever Plus

Wedding ceremony planning, coordination and management. This package includes everything in the “Always & Forever” package as well as additional chairs, an additional table and additional floral.  This includes one virtual pre-planning meeting when a package is secured, Wedding day organization begins a month prior to the ceremony. It is perfect for couples having a San Diego ceremony with up to 40 guests! Please see Additional Options below for rental options for ceremony arch with large lanterns.

  • Preferred vendor and restaurant list

Additional Options

  • Option to upgrade floral for additional arrangements or personals if having a bridal party, flower girl, ring bearer or to honor family (price varies)
  • Option to add large wooden arch (traditional or circular) to either Always & Forever Package with 2 large wooden lanterns for $400.00 (includes delivery, setup & pick up) (floral not included)
